Hello, ive recently had an email saying i have been charged extra which is very unexpected, i rely on my phone frequently and due to the current pandemic i am struggling financially and cant afford to pay the extra amount for my contract. Now when i log into my 02 account it says my extra charges went on 'things ive bought' but i havent purchased anything. Please can you contact me as soon as you can.
