I am struggling getting through to someone to speak to in regards to my bill

I have tried to contact 02 a few times Over the last few days and nobody around to talk to

Please advice

So sorry to hear your difficulties.

Because of Staff Shortages and all that goes with Covid-19

there are long waits for Customer Services to deal with issues.

Try a very early call 08.00am press any option and keep

trying and understood you will need to sort your issue with

Customer Services or Payment Management Team.
