When I am going to get full service on my phone as I have already paid my bill what is left is to be take. Out on the 30th April

My use on my phone I need my phone to be able to work and emergency’s at this time I can’t use.

Can’t call them 202 won’t work and all
Other numbers the have given me are not working is there any other way
