I am writing because I have just realised on my latest bill that I have been being charged extra each month for premium text services. These texts were marketing texts about coupons that I have been receiving. I was never made aware that these texts were costing me money and I have not replied to them. Receiving the texts has been costing me £1.25 for each text and just this month has cost me an extra £11. Looking back I have realised that this has been going on since last November and was not aware. Is there anything I can do to get this mo eye back?
