It's worth calling O2 to see if they can help. It may depend on just what the bills are needed for?

Good morning @Ra, and welcome to the forum!
I'm not sure if you've has the time to follow @jonsie's suggestion yet and call Customer Service, but in the menatime I've double-checked on our end whether what you need can be done or not. As O2 only store a maximum of 2 years of copy bills on accounts, that is the maximum you can get, as @MI5 said.
