Phone bill not come out!

So my bill was meant to come out on the 25th which I obviously know is Christmas Day, so I was expecting it to come out on the 27th (after the bank holidays were over), however it’s now the 28th and my bill has yet to come out. I’m very confused.

It may happen today. It should have happened on whatever day it was due, as it's an automated system.

However, I would give customer services a call https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

They are back to normal opening hours today, so try them between 8-8.30am

@Holly If your account is set up with Direct Debit it doesn't matter what day the bill comes out.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
