Phone bill has been paid. But still can’t use phone

I have paid my bill over 2 days ago and you still haven’t put me back on.

This is a joke can you put me on ASAP

@Chloe11 As said, this is not customer service. As it's the weekend, it's possible that your payment won't go through until Monday, but you should call to see if it has.

As it was paid 2 days ago you would hope that it would have updated through the system prior to the weekend being an issue.

Maybe. Maybe not. I'd always understood it takes more than two days for a payment to clear, so the weekend might get in the way of that.

I guess it depends how the payment is made?
Anyway, CS can confirm the status and turn service back on if payment is showing on the system.
One more thing @Chloe11 if on refresh, did you make both payments correctly for both device and airtime?
