Hi, my 10 year old daughter has just shown me messages about her phone being disconnected. I was unaware of this. I am now trying to pay it by phone but the phone has been disconnected. The online account is not working. I'm not sure what to do or who to contact. I don't have my own phone to call either. How can I get in touch?

Chat has been working OK today so as suggested try a different browser or clear cache and cookies.

I can still access chat on PC using Firefox and Mobile using Chrome. No problems at all. Must just be certain people having difficulties...?
