Re: Phone barring

Hi

You'll need to call O2 Customer Services if the bar's were placed on your account -> O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract. 4445 for PAYG. 8002 for Business. ->

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Their are landline numbers within the link to use to call O2 if you cannot use a phone with an O2 SIM card in it.

If a bar was placed in the phones settings then reverse them.

Re: Phone barring

Depends on what bar was placed on the phone. Customer service can help on the numbers available at the bottom of the page

Re: Phone barring

Paying the bill and a reconnection fee would be a good idea to start with.......
If, on the other hand the account was barred due to loss or theft, simply call CS and ask them to lift the barr.
