Yesturday evening I paid my most recent bill off slightly late after informing customer services a week earlier that i would be making a late payment. However my phone has been barred despite this and I have no way of getting into contact with them again since 202 is blocked and I dont have ready acsess to a landline phone. Any advice? Thanks.

Either you will have to borrow a friend's phone or find a phonebox.

the phone chat line is 'busy'. I have the same problem. it's disgusting how O2 can charge so much and be this incompetent.
