Upgraded phone on Saturday still showing as an iPhone on account and SIM card isn't working

If you have moved from one sized sim to another etc you will need to perform the swap my sim procedure to move over your tariff and mobile number.

It can take from a few minutes to 24 hours to fully activate.

Keep turning your phone off and on to help the process.
