I have paid my phone bill in full at the old rate being over charged double my normal contract rate and was told the line would be unbarred within 2 min it has now been more than8 hours later and the number is still barred and i am unable too contact anyone in O2 in any form! I hope i will be reimbursed for your O2's Breach of contract! I want my number back online as is clearly stated in the contract!

If your number has been barred due to late payment it can take 24-48 hours to be reconnected. You can contact them tomorrow morning using live chat in the link in my signature directly below or via the contact details here:

Also sometimes if you power your phone down and then turn it back on can re initialise your services.
