Phone Number Change

Hello everyone,

I've had my Pay Monthly contract with O2 since January of last year and changed the newly assigned phone number with my number from the previous contract. Now I want to replace my current phone number with one I have from a Vodafone contract. I've received the PAC code from Vodafone but don't know how to go about changing my phone number.

I have called 202 however it pushes me to use the O2.co.uk website and offers no further information. I've entered the details and PAC code into the online number changing service but I don't know if it will work. Is there anybody that can point me in the right direction or provide me with the steps to get this done?
