My wife inadvertently gave her pin out over the phone to who she thought was an O2 advisor, now she can't access her phone. Looks like a scam. She can't contact 02. What do we do?

Which PIN?

I wasn't aware a PIN could be changed remotely if the phone unlock PIN.

Either way, if you suspect fraud, you need to contact O2.

Hi @Stolen (and @MI5 ) - I just came across this topic here. MI5 is right as far as we're aware it's not possible to hack someone's phone with just a PIN. I'm happy to get someone look closer into this for you though if you still haven't been able to contact O2 since you last posted. I'll drop you a Private Message here on the forum shortly to discuss further.
