Unfortunately not - although this would be a good feature as I know some other networks do it.
If you need to analyse your bill like that then there is a longer way around it:
1.) Open up your bill and go onto the itemisation of any service, such as calls or texts.
2.) At the very bottom there are 2 blue buttons; 'Top' and 'Download'. Click Download.
3.) Open the downloaded file in Excel and press Ctrl + H
4.) Enter the number you want to replace in the top box and the label you want to give it in the bottom
5.) Hit replace All and it should rename all the numbers to that label.
