Hope all is well
My phone bill has currently been suspended and I would need help getting my line rental running again.
I currently have no internet or calls and have a young child so I would need to get the phone up and running.
I can pay for the remaining balance tomorrow morning.
Please could you assist me with this.

You need to contact payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I can not contact payment management and have already tried to contact them at the minute as they are closed.
And I have no other form of contact as I do not have a landline or wifi.
Please could you assist me as I have a young child and my phone is my only form of communication.
