Phone Bill

I recently got an upgrade so I now have a new phone and my other one is all paid up. The issue I have is that now my phone bill is much higher when I thought I wouldn’t have a bill this month since I paid my other phone off for my upgrade and therefore can’t afford a bill this month so now I would like a refund.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Phoning doesn’t work, I’ve tried phoning 3 times and each time it just says “bye” and then hangs up because it is not an urgent matter.
