Pending transaction

hi I have just upgraded my phone tonight online with an agent I have paid the remainder of my old contract off, but on my bank it says 2 pending transaction, I have been intouch with the bank before and 2 transactions of £254 are definitely pending one needs cancelled. I didnt go through with the first one!

O2 will only call for one payment, the other one will be returned to your cleared funds in 4 to 5 days depending on your banks policy.

O2 do not have the money to return it to you.

No, as I said, O2 don't have the money anyway.

Assuming only one order has been completed.

It's held in a shadow account and if not called for by the retailer, will be returned.

Yeah only one purchase went through for a phone. I just got abit worried when I saw 2 pending transactions. Thanks for your help 🙂
