Pending payment

I seem to have apending payment from my account after trying to order a new phone yesterday. My bank stopped the payment untill I confirmed it was me and then told me to re-submit it.

 

I tried again and it got declined (not the payment from a credit perspective), after spekaing to a help advisor in credit referals, I have been told due to the application being accepted once (assuming thsi is the one the bank declined the payment for) the second application has been declined. I was advised this first applciation is stopping anything else and need sprgressing (or cancelling).

 

Customer services don't seem to understand the problem as they can't see an order on my account and the online chat keep telling me to ring equifax about my credit.

 

I am really struggling here and just going rounmd in circles, the 'offer' I was ordering ends today so assuming they won't be able to honour the price unless it gets resolved today. I don;t want to try placing the order again as I'm worried baout it affecting my credit rating if it declines and ther eis already this payment pending from my account.

 

I have asked multiple times to speak to a manager or a complaints team but this has been refused,  i just need someone to take ownership of the problem!
