Hi,
I applied the Pay monthly plan on O2 Website last week, but it has not been changed from "We're reviewing your order" status. The order confirmation page says "This can take up to 48 hours." and I have been waiting over 2 working days but there is no contact from O2 team. Is there anything I can do? It would be appreciated if someone would kindly advice me.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
