Hi, I've just switched from monthly payments to pay and go. I've logged on to try and switch to auto top up but not having any success. You seem to have the wrong mobile number for me. Please help.

Hi and welcome.

This is a public forum manned also by customers so please remove your mobile phone number.

I've flagged to the mods to remove too.

Regarding your account we don't have access so please contact Customer Service to sort this out.

Normally when you set up Myo2 a code is sent by O2 to set it all up.

Payg Customer Service
From your O2 mobile 4445 > 25p per call
From a landline 0844 809 0222 > 5p / min

Or as a last resort try O2 online Live Chat.
