Hi,
I bought the Apple iPhone 13 and when I received my emails about the phone it said the monthly payment would be the 18th of every month however, on the app there are two payment dates for this month, the 3rd and the 18th? Could you please tell me why I’m paying twice? Thankyou

There are two payments for Refresh, Device and Airtime but they come out on the same day.
What you are seeing is the date the bill is generated (on the 3rd BUT they take payment 14 days later. So that would explain the difference with the dates
However, check your bank and if you have paid twice on the 3rd and 18th you need to contact O2.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
