Why are my payments that were made on the 22/05/2020, still not showing on my online account or the app?

Have the payments been taken out of your bank?
If so, it's just taking My O2 longer to update.
If you are concerned and want confirmation it's paid then ring O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
0800 587 4005 is the best one to call.

Yes payments all been taken and if i call and listen to the automated line, the balance is correct. However, the online account and app are not showing them at all and also telling me i have now received late payments charges.
I've already called up twice and was advised to delete and reinstall the app, which i did but it's still the same. If it was paid on 22/05/2020, then surely they should be showing by now as it's 15 days later?

Use the number in the link I gave you. I used it last week and it was answered by an advisor immediately. If you do get an automated line, press anything, including fraud or lost/stolen.
PS my call was about a late payment. It had been paid but wasn't showing in My O2 account.
