I am trying to renew my rolling plan after it got cancelled due to my card expiring. However when I try to pay it won't accept either my lloyds card or my Halifax. Both of which are not blocked as I contacted my bank. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now and I really need to renew my plan. I have contacted o2 but not getting much help

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I was just going to go into my local o2 store see if that would help. As I've already contacted them on twitter and they said they've put in a word with the tech team but still not working
