Hi, my contract ran out in July.. someone got in touch and offered me a 3 month deal of paying £20 untill the new iPhone 12 came out .. approx 3 months..I accepted this deal. however after just checking my payments I have not been paying £20.. can you please follow this up and find out why I have been paying a lot more than expected?

@1996  This is NOT O2, so you need to call them. Our advice always is, do NOT take out a contract from a cold call, it could be anyone with a tenuous link to O2... a third party or someone else.

Call O2 using any numbers in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Also, press Upgrade, Fraud or Lost and Stolen if given that option.
