I have logged in to pay my bill that says I have an overdue handset payment but when I click to pay it says I have nothing to pay. Why is this

No email for O2 and Live chat couldn't deal with this. You have to call I'm afraid. All the number are in the link given. Choose any number, press any option to get through. Best time to call is 8am
