I have cancelled my contract. An had to speak to you guys 4 times on the phone but no one has helped I just keep getting passed from person to person. I owe £33 but my contract keeps going up it is now saying I owe £70

I’ve been trying to sign in to my 02 to pay but “Oops. We've had problems finding your account
Click here and that should solve it.” Keeps popping up so I can’t pay my last payment and the bill keeps racking up
