Hello all
I've recently relocated abroad and have been paying my bill from there (as I only had a few months left of the contract) without any problems. However, since last month I´ve not been able to use my cards, probably because they are not registered to my old UK address (even though that used to work fine). Sadly, I closed my UK Barclays account and now I have no way of paying the overdue bill, because O2 say they can't accept an international payment. Can that really be the case? Such a large company should be able to so with ease, as surely a number of their customers are located abroad.
Does any one know of a solution to this dilemma?

Yes unfortunately O2 won't accept payments from a non-UK card or account. Mind you, even customers in this country have been unable to make payments for the last month or so.

It honestly doesn't bode well for the OP as UK customers are having major problems making payments. Probably best to get someone in the UK to make a payment in a bank using these details for O2's account...
