I’m trying to pay my phone bill but it says it needs to send me a code and then I never receive a code?

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
