I have received a text telling me that I am out of my minimum contract term and monthly airline plan is £8.66. I was asked to use http://v.o2.co.uk/o3J5A635 but the code they sent me did not work. What do I need to know and do? I was advised that I had paid the £8.66 as requested.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
