I am trying to log into an account to make a payment but can't get in what ever I try.

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then

Tried that just waiting on the phone for hours. When I do get through I'm going to leave o2. The worse network and customer service.

All networks are the same as very few people want to work in CS as all a lot of customers seem to do is abuse the people on the end of the phone..
