Hello, 

 

for some reason a few months back my payment did not go through, however i thought this was going to get retaken but did not and due to personal issues the letters from yourselfs was not recieved to me. I did speak to an lady over the phone and bought my account back up to date and everything went back to normal. However, im still recieving letters saying i owe full amount? and also i checked my account as iv noticed you not gone to take payment again... and it now saying -£70? can this please be resolved.
