@Cat67 It can take up to 48 hours for monies you paid in to clear O2's account. As you paid on a Friday it's likely that the money won't clear until Monday at the earliest. You would also need to check that any bars put on your account have been removed.
Your best option would be to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
