Hello I have got an unpaid bill at the moment, I need to change the date as I have a new job and my wages fall differently. Also could someone please take the bars off my phone until Friday when I will make full payment and start looking to upgrade with O2.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
