I moved to Sky so dont have an account with o2 they dont recognise my mobile number. O2 said they were taking the device balance they didnt.
I sent a cheque to Winchester it's not been presented to my bank.
I have made numerous calls at different times to O2 & cant get to speak to anyone.
I finally managed to get to speak to a person who transferred me 3 times to someone who could take the money I spoke to this person then the line went dead.
Today I received a default notice I have sent a cheque 3 weeks ago.
