I ran out of my £15 bundle on Wednesday so I topped up another £15 then and it’s now saying I don’t have an active tariff? What the hell you have just taken my money and not given me my month worth of data calls and messages. I’m very angry as I don’t have £15 to spend again. You can’t do that. Got a message saying your £15 tariff expires 21st June. So topped up and it’s gone.

Big Bundles should be topped up on your anniversary date only. If you run out then you buy a bolt on OR increase your bundle.
