I have paid my bill but my phone still not working

@Kb4 It can take 48 hours for your payment to clear O2's system. As you've paid on a Friday it will most likely take longer. The payment may not clear until Monday or Tuesday.

You can speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

Use Skype to call if you have no other phone: Guide: A Guide to Skype 

For future payments you should consider setting up a Direct Debit. It would avoid problems like this for you.
