Hi I payed up my outstanding bill for my phone with a different card and o2 also received so I could upgrade my phone. When does it show on my bill as its a one off with the card and not the one I normally use.

It ill come off your bill within 24/48 hours of payment

If you have had an outstanding /late bill you won't be able to upgrade for between 3 an 6 months.

If it was to pay the remainder of the Refresh plan, you can upgrade straightaway
