I was late paying my bill last month and was unable to use all the phones features...fair enough! But when I paid my bill it usually takes up to 24 hours to use it again...its now been 4 days!!! every time I phone 202 it tells me my current balance is £0.00 

What can I do...HELP 😞

I’m having the same issue! And everytime I try to contact them online I just get diverted back to the main help page!

@Niamhc The only thing you can do is keep trying the numbers in the link above. You need to be patient and try all the options, even the fraud option if that gets you through. Best chance to get through is 8 am.
