I am trying to call the O2 payment management team to discuss about my late payment due to the circumstances but it is not possible to connect. Last week they had the option to speak about bills, payments. Now they just have the option fraud or stolen. I am trying that also but it is inevitable. In the meantime I receive letters regarding legal actions but I am not able to speak with anyone at the payment management team. When I called another number(just customer service) they couldn't discuss it and could only place my account on hold till the day that my next bill is issued. I am thinking to write a letter.. Any ideas about the correct address+

Hi Jonsie, thank you for the post. For your information I called that number on the 2nd of April but couldn't do anything other then placing my account on hold till the 18th of April. I will try again though as things might have changed. Thanks anyway.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. It’s a free call

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

Hi Jonsie, just an update there is only one number that you can reach the payment management team which is 08005884213. I just spoke with customer service. Hope it helps other people also.

No one answers though but is a totally different issue. Very bad service from O2 I have to say. Good luck to everyone.
