Can anyone help!! I am trying to pay my bill but am unable to log in to my o2 account and cannot do anything with my phone. I have a 4 year old child and we are in self isolation at the moment.
I have tried restarting my phone and I have also tried calling the phone numbers but as I have no signal I can’t do anything. I just want to pay my bill to get my phone reconnected but don’t know any other way. Is there a way to pay through my online banking direct to o2?
