I can't pay my monthly bill, I've tried both cards and it says they can't progress with my payment, even though I have enough money to pay.

@MirrorSabotage

Probably best to call 202 and speak to customer services but all other ways to pay listed here for info Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Contract)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@MirrorSabotage  You might want to think about setting up a Direct Debit which would avoid problems like this arising.

Hi @MirrorSabotage , just wanted to check how you're getting on with this - did you manage to make the payment ok in the end either with the advice in the guide linked above, or with customer service? Let us know if you need any additional advice. slight_smile
