Why have the upgrade options changed? I'm pay monthly with approx 3 months left to run, but if I decide to upgrade now, this has to be a 3 year plan. Ridiculous!

I think you will find the device paln can be 3-36 months @manicman38

You choose the length of time now to suit yourself.
