Hi, when I signed my contact for phone bill over a year ago it was £38 a month now I've noticed past however many months have been £40. Dunno why this is as I signed a contract for £38.

I'd say the first place to check is the My O2 app - you can use it to check your bills and will hopefully illuminate what's happening.
