I ordered an iPad and the payment has been taken from my account, but I have not received an order confirmation email and I cannot acces "my orders" because it keeps asking me for a phone number that I do not have. I went into store the colleague was useless.

Hi, @Aaliyah22 - you are going to have to call-in, possibly the email address you entered has a typo, possibly O2's systems have been a bit slow to process, or even fill the order (O2 stock system is not live/real-time).
Numbers to call are in here, and when you get through to the prompt, just wait for 20secs or so without saying anything - you will then be able to navigate by following the button-push prompts to talk someone: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
