I have received a text saying that payment coulfd not be taken from my bank account as normal - is this a hoax?

Its a well known Hoax, O2 will never text you from a mobile number. It would just say O2. Do not click on any of the links.

I also got one this morning saying latest payment could not be collected from 07385122378
