Payment of my bill

I’m trying to pay my bill but my services have been cut off. When I log onto my O2 it sends a code to my phone which I don’t get so I don’t know how I can pay!

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
