So I paid my Phone bill last Friday and even though both payments went through on my bank transactions on myO2 it say my airtime bill hasn’t been paid, how can I fix this as I can’t contact anyone from O2
Some systems don't update over the weekend so check again tomorrow.

I tried calling they basically said if it’s not fraud, a lost or stolen phone or an upgrade, ‘we don’t care, go online’ and live chat is either down or unmanned
