Does anybody know how to get through to payment management team!? I’ve rand the number so many times and all it does it ask if I want my bill sent as a text then cuts me off!? I’m desperate as I don’t want to get cut off but can’t pay half my bill this month ... I’ve tried live chat and just get told to ring the same number I’ve already been ringing ! Driving me insane

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

Yes that’s the number I’ve been ringing but it says nothing about getting through to a member of staff and just sends me my bill and cuts me off
