Please can someone advice if I can get a payment holiday and if so how I go about getting it?

you are absolutely crazy and without any actions related to this epidemic, how should I pay £ 1142 if my company is not working and gets £ 391 a week living as much as I can, so please postpone my payments and not sending me this nonsense at the moment I think my family had something to eat, please restore the number 078 in my contract

The payment management team will give you some leeway to pay but it won't then stop a restriction on your phone no matter what they promise

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
